Job Title: Sr. Web Developer

Reports to: Director of Network and Program Development
Exempt/Non-Exempt Status: Exempt

Job Summary: Develop / assist in the development and maintenance of new or existing programs and web development for eZanga.com; primarily focused on back-end development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Back-end development
  • Web programming development using the latest technologies
  • Research and develop new features for eZanga.com
  • Assist in maintaining current platforms and update as needed
  • Assist in testing and debugging new features and updates for eZanga.com and related web software
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong in C / C++
  • Strong PHP & SQL (Ideally MySQL)
  • Working knowledge of Linux Command Line Development Environment
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript with jQuery and/or AJAX
  • Nice to have a working knowledge of POSIX Threads
  • Nice to have a working knowledge of Perl
  • Nice to have a working knowledge of Apache
  • Ability to work independently, in a team, and in a deadline-oriented environment

Job Title: Front-end Web Developer

Reports to: IT Manager

Job Summary: The Web Developer is responsible for assisting in designing, developing and maintaining new or current web pages for eZanga.com and other web properties.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Website development using the latest technologies
  • Research and develop new features for eZanga.com
  • Assist in maintaining current website and update as needed
  • Assist in testing and debugging new features and updates for eZanga.com and related web properties
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient in web page layout and design
  • Proficient in XHTML and CSS
  • Experience with jQuery (Java Script & DHTML)
  • Experience in Web Development
  • Basic knowledge in PHP
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a deadline-oriented environment

Job Title: Biz Dev Representative

Reports to: Sales Manager
Exempt/Non-Exempt Status: Exempt

Job Summary: This position is responsible for generating leads and qualifying appointments, through outgoing telemarketing and other marketing activities, for internet advertising. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Work experience in telemarketing, sales support, customer service or the like. This position is salary plus bonus, with a full benefits package, training in a fun and dynamic work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting in acquiring accounts to strengthen market share by

  • Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily to potential clients
  • Generating interest for internet marketing
  • Follow up on leads
  • Setting priorities and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities
  • Scheduling two (2) Qualified Appointments daily for Account Managers/Sales Reps to present products and services to potential clients.
  • Communicate through, but not limited to, phone, email, fax, paper mail.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to perfect "sales pitch"
  • Ability to work without a script and drive intelligent questions
  • Knowledgeable to navigate conversation with diverse people/companies

Job Title: Insides Sales Rep/ Account Manager

Reports to: Sales Manager
Exempt/Non-Exempt Status: Exempt

Job Summary: This position is responsible for selling internet advertising to businesses locally and nationally via incoming and outgoing telemarketing, trade shows, and other marketing activities. Candidate must have previous SALES experience and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. This position pays a very generous and aggressive commission structure, with a full benefits package, top notch training in a fun and dynamic work environment.

Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for acquiring accounts to strengthen market share by:

  • Develop a minimum of $20,000 in new business within the first three months of employment
  • Developing relationships that foster trust in our brand
  • Educating clients on benefits of internet marketing
  • Follow up on leads from trade shows
  • Following up inquiries from marketing activities
  • Maximizing opportunities from incoming inquiries
  • Generating Key Word quotes for potential clients
  • Working within clients budget to maximize ROI
  • Assisting existing customers to optimize their campaigns
  • Maintaining active customers by answering questions and concerns
  • Maintaining detailed records and document all pertinent information in Sales Force
  • Interacting with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information and guidance as needed to achieve the goals of the business
  • Setting priorities and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities
