We just keep on growing!
Two of our employees are “hoppin” up the ladder here at eZanga.com. Dan Zitofsky, Sales Manager, has recently been promoted to Director of Sales effective May 1, 2008. Dan started with eZanga in October 2006. He was able to build our sales team to a total of eight employees within 18 months, while approaching over 1,000 clients. Dan increased eZanga’s sales approximately 25% each month for the last several months. He currently manages one division of Account Managers and will soon be responsible for additional divisions. His managerial skills and excellent work ethic earned him the promotion he deserves 
In addition, Xavier Lee, an eZanga Account Manager, received his promotion as Sales Manager in effect for May 1, 2008. Xavier first started with the Company in February 2007, and has been developing great leadership qualities throughout his time with us. He mastered the online advertising industry in less than 14 months and acquired a number of key clients in the business. With the many contests he has won at eZanga, Xavier has proven he has the talent to become a great manager in sales.
With two major promotions in the Company, eZanga is now in need of additional Account Managers. Over the next several weeks, we are starting the interview process with hopes to take on six new Account Managers. This particular expansion will make up the new Sales division, and Xavier will be running the show.
