Rich Kahn on CEO IntroNet

Thursday, May 17th, 2012

Earlier this month, our CEO Rich Kahn participated in an interview and roundtable discussion on CEO IntroNet. CEO IntroNet is a members-only social network for CEOs by CEOs.

The host, Patti Owens, interviewed Rich about eZanga, covering multiple topics. Rich talked about how we find business, how the whole team works together on joint projects, and how our business adapts to change in the industry. Most importantly, Rich advises to always listen to the client. We focus on doing whatever we can do to get a client’s phone ringing more often.

The roundtable topic was “How is the US doing vs. the rest of the world in support of entrepreneurship?” Rich sat alongside Carsten Petzold, Co-founder and Co-CEO of LTLprints.com, Kevin Robins, CEO of Midatlantic Employers’ Association, and Patti Owens.

The group discussed the state of entrepreneurship and where entrepreneurs find support. While Rich said that starting out, he relied on personal support from family and employees, Carsten Petzold relied on structural support such as mentoring circles. Petzold contrasted the environment here vs. in Germany, where there are more roadblocks and it’s generally harder to build a business. Kevin Robins talked about how successful entrepreneurs become successful on focusing on what they do best and surround themselves with people that can help them with what they don’t do best, rather than trying to do it all.

The roundtable ended with each participant giving valuable advice related to the importance of others. You can head over to CEO IntroNet’s video page to watch the roundtable and browse other roundtable discussions.
